Welcome to Teamflect! As a Scoped Administrator, you are most likely a top responsible in your field or department, and you will be responsible for a team. As a user role with a wide-ranging set of privileges, you will have access to a great number of options inside the Admin Center and Teamflect itself.

Access to the Admin Center

You can access the Admin Center by using the button in the bottom-left corner of the app, or by visiting its web address directly.

As a Scoped Administrator, the Teamflect Admin Center will be your solution of choice for all team & data related issues.

  • You will be able to manage the users of your organisation within your scope

  • Edit and add content related to your active modules (if allowed by your organisation)

  • Have access to all reports within your field

All options listed above are accessible by using the corresponding link on the left-hand menu:

Access to the Reports

The aforementioned Reports section will contain a frequently updated database of reports on all usage, across every active Teamflect module. Depending on the scope of your privileges, you may be presented data within your field/department only.

Through our Reports section, you will be able to get a bird's eye view of all activity across Teamflect modules. You will also be able to sort them using our advanced filters, make reports retroactively and also export them:

Access to All Related Data in Teamflect

As a Scoped Administrator, you will be the top responsible within your field or department should any issues arise. In both cases, you will need access to data. As an individual with administrative privileges, you will have access to data regardless of standard visibility settings enforced for daily usage, allowing you unfettered access across multiple modules and entities.

User Management

Through the Users section, you will be able to add or remove users within your scope, as well as blocking users from accessing Teamflect. You can also create new user attributes and edit previously created custom user attributes.

Here is an example from the perspective of a Scoped Administrator, whose scope covers the Human Resources department:

Review Calibration

Depending on your internal review processes, a third-party arbiter might be necessary to finalise & conclude reviews. As a Scoped Administrator, you will have the chance to be a calibration supervisor, allowing you to evaluate and edit the contents of reviews before they are finalised. As with your other capabilities, this will allow you to fine-tune your internal proceedings.
