Teamflect's suite of reports is a powerful tool designed to provide deep insights into various aspects of your organization's performance and operations. Synced seamlessly with Power BI, these reports offer a wealth of data and analytics tailored to your specific needs and the modules you've implemented within Teamflect. In this guide, we'll delve into the diverse range of reports available, detailing their functionalities and how you can leverage them to drive informed decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Understanding Data Refresh Rates: Teamflect's reports are regularly updated, with data refreshed approximately every 3โ€“5 hours. While this ensures that you have access to timely insights, it's important to note that the reports may not always reflect real-time data due to the refresh intervals.

Exporting Data: Need to analyze data further or share it with stakeholders? Teamflect allows you to export report data effortlessly. Simply hover over the desired report, locate the ellipsis menu at the corner, and select "Export data" to generate an Excel sheet containing raw data for your analysis or sharing purposes.

Access Requirements: Access to Teamflect reports is contingent upon user roles within the organization. Users must hold one of the following roles: Global Administrator, Scoped Administrator, or Report Reader to access reports in the Admin Center of Teamflect.

Filtering Options: When utilizing Teamflect reports to glean insights and drive informed decision-making, understanding the available filtering options is paramount.
