Welcome to Teamflect! As a Report Reader, you will have access to Teamflect's extensive Reports section, and you will be able to maintain an overlook on your team's activity and progress.
Access to the Reports Section
You can access the Reports section by using the Reports button in the right-top corner of the app, or by visiting its web address directly.
Access to the Reports
The aforementioned Reports section will contain a frequently updated database of reports on all usage, across every active Teamflect module. Depending on the scope of your privileges, you may be presented with data within your field/department only.
Through our Reports section, you will be able to get a bird's eye view of all activity across Teamflect modules. You will also be able to sort them using our advanced filters, make reports retroactively, and also export them:
Beneficial Use Cases
1. Team Performance Monitoring
As a Report Reader, you can keep an eye on your team’s activity across all active Teamflect modules. Using the Reports section with filters, you can spot trends, identify underperforming areas, and track progress—without needing higher-level admin access.
2. Preparing Regular Reporting / Management Updates
You can export reports or generate retroactive reports to share with management or stakeholders. This lets you create dashboards or summaries (e.g. weekly, monthly) showing metrics that matter to your department or project.
3. Auditing & Accountability
Because you can view all usage data (depending on your privilege scope) and see what has been happening over time, you can verify compliance, spot unusual activity, or confirm that team members are adhering to processes. This helps ensure transparency and accountability.
