Users with this role can manage all data, users, modules, reports, and system settings across the platform. Global Administrators help ensure smooth operations, proper configuration, and security compliance within Teamflect.

🔑 Full Access to the Admin Center
You can access the Admin Center by using the button in the top right corner of the Teamflect app, or by visiting its web address directly.
As a Global Administrator, the Teamflect Admin Center will be your go-to box of tools and arsenal for all administrative, organizational and troubleshooting needs.
You will be able to manage the users of your organization
Make organization-wide changes to general settings, as well as the notifications
Edit and adjust all settings related to your active modules and their contents
Adjust how roles and titles will be set and associate competencies with them
Design Focus relationship types and establish new relationships between the members of your organization
Have complete access to all reports
As well as taking security precautions, accessing audit logs, adjusting your Teamflect licenses, contacting support and accessing the keys necessary to implement an API integration.

As a Global Administrator, you will be the most capable individual for both tracking progress and for troubleshooting should any issues arise. In both cases, you will need access to data. As a Global Administrator, you will have access to data regardless of standard visibility settings enforced for daily usage, allowing you unfettered access across multiple modules and entities.
👥 User and License Management
Data is just a record of activity. People are at the heart of your organization, and the Global Administrator is the ear closest to the heartbeat. Through the Users section, you will be able to add or remove users, manage your license management model, block users, create & edit new user attributes and assign them to existing users.

As the Global Administrator, you will be able to adjust the Teamflect roles of other users - possessing the ability to delegate administrative tasks or enabling you to better correlate your Teamflect roles with your organization.

Depending on your internal review processes, a third-party arbiter might be necessary to finalize and conclude reviews. As a Global Administrator, you will have the chance to be a calibration supervisor, allowing you to evaluate and edit the contents of reviews before they are finalized. As with your other capabilities, this will allow you to fine-tune your internal proceedings.
