If you’re a Teamflect administrator (Global, Scoped, Configuration Editor), you can access the Admin Center to manage your organization's app configuration and adjust the user experience across modules.
🧭 How to Access the Admin Center
There are two ways to open the Teamflect Admin Center:
✅ Option 1: From the App Interface
Log in to the Teamflect app
Click the "Admin Center" button located in the top-right corner
✅ Option 2: Go Directly to the Admin URL
Visit: https://admin.teamflect.com
📌 Note: Only users with administrator permissions will be able to see the Admin Center button and access the admin portal. If you try to visit the admin URL without the proper role, you'll be denied access.
Administrator Roles and Permissions
Although Global Administrators, Scoped Administrators, and Configuration Editors can all access the Teamflect Admin Center, their permissions differ.
Role | Access and Permissions | When to Assign |
Global Administrator | Has organization-wide access to user data, reports, and Admin Center settings. Can manage administrator roles and configure Teamflect across the organization. | Assign to trusted administrators who need full control over Teamflect. |
Scoped Administrator | Can manage users and access data within their assigned scope, such as a department, country, or location. Available permissions depend on the scope and permissions configured by a Global Administrator. | Assign to HR business partners or regional administrators who only need to manage specific employee groups. |
Configuration Editor | Can manage Admin Center settings and templates but cannot access employee data or reports. | Assign to team members responsible for configuring Teamflect without needing access to employee data. |

Don’t Have Admin Access?
If you believe you need admin rights (e.g., to configure templates, manage licenses, or set automation rules), you must contact an existing Teamflect admin in your organization.
