Switch to Demo Environment

As a global administrator, you can switch between the real and demo environments to test new features without affecting your live data. The demo environment is an excellent tool for trying out configurations, training new admins, or demonstrating the system to other users without any risk.

Access to Private and Public Data of All Users

As a Teamflect global administrator, you have the power to access both private and public data. To do this:

  1. You can navigate to the Reports section in your Admin Center

  2. Or simply utilize the 'User Search' function located in the app. This allows you to visit user profiles and see private goals, notes, feedback, recognitions, and more.

It's important to note that when something is marked as 'private' in Teamflect, it's not off-limits for global admins! (Except for anonymous surveys, of course.)

Manage the Whole Company with a Few Clicks

As a global admin, you have the ability to oversee all aspects of your company from a central and unified view. You can manage goals, review periods, and surveys easily through the 'All Goals', 'All Reviews', and 'All Surveys' tabs.

  • Additionally, the reports section in the Admin Center provides access to 1-1 meetings between managers and direct reports,

  • Centralized management of user notification settings through the Admin Center,

  • Sending new forms, tracking initiated cycle status, sending reminders to prompt form submission, and more.

This streamlined approach allows you to efficiently manage your company with just a few clicks.

Impersonate End-User Accounts (No Need for Credentials)

For troubleshooting purposes, global administrators in Teamflect have the ability to easily log in as other users. Once logged in, the admin can access that user's Teamflect account and data.

This feature proves particularly useful if a user encounters navigation difficulties within the platform or if the admin needs to understand the user's perspective, such as when a new review cycle is about to start. By impersonating user accounts, administrators can efficiently address issues and gain valuable insights into user experiences.

Thanks to Teamflect's Customer Success Team, global administrators are never alone. The CS team consistently provides valuable resources, including video tutorials, rollout plans, adoption kits, email templates, and training sessions for both admins and end-users. They also offer guidance and expertise tailored to your specific needs and organizational structure.

In the admin center, they have the authority to enable or disable managers' access to private data such as notes, goals, and feedback of their direct reports.
