Impersonation is a feature in Teamflect that enables administrators to temporarily access another user's account without needing their login credentials. This feature is designed to assist with troubleshooting, providing support, and ensuring smooth user experiences.

How to Impersonate a User
To impersonate a user, follow these steps:
1. Access User Profile:
Log in to your Teamflect account.
2. Locate Profile Picture:
In the Teamflect app, you'll find your profile picture in the bottom left corner. Click on it to access the impersonation function.
3. Impersonation Option:
You will see an option to "Impersonate" Click on this option.
4. User Selection:
Enter the name or email address of the user you want to impersonate. Teamflect will suggest matching users as you type.
5. Confirm Impersonation:
Once you've selected the user, confirm the impersonation. You will now be using Teamflect as if you were that user.
Impersonation activities are logged for security and accountability purposes. As the impersonating admin, you can access these logs to review the actions you've taken while impersonating another user.
However, please note that the impersonated user is not notified of this activity to ensure the integrity of the troubleshooting or support process.
