What is the Teamflect Usage Report Refresh Frequency?
The Usage Reports in the Teamflect Admin Center are refreshed every 3 to 4 hours. This ensures that the data you see stays up-to-date throughout the day without causing system performance issues.
You can view the exact last refresh time under the Overview tab of the Reports section.
⏱️ Understanding Report Refresh Timing
Because data isn’t updated in real time, some recent activities (such as newly created goals, reviews, or feedback) may not appear immediately in the report. These will be reflected once the next refresh cycle completes.
If you’re checking report metrics shortly after major activity in Teamflect, consider waiting for the next refresh to ensure all updates are included.
To get more information about how to navigate through the reports section, please see the article in this link.
If it's been more than 4 hours and the data is still not refreshed, feel free to reach out to [email protected].
Use Cases:
Use Case 1: Scheduling report reviews
When admins plan to review usage data (for example, weekly or monthly check-ins), knowing the reports refresh every 4 hours ensures they don’t check prematurely. This helps avoid confusion when recent activity isn’t yet reflected.
Use Case 2: Troubleshooting outdated data
If an admin sees stale or lagging metrics, they can use this article to verify whether the report simply hasn’t had time to refresh yet. The “last refresh” timestamp shows when data was last updated, helping diagnose whether a discrepancy is expected or indicative of an issue.
Use Case 3: Communicating expectations to stakeholders
When presenting usage metrics to leadership or other teams, admins can reference this article to explain that metrics may be delayed by up to 4 hours. This manages expectations around real-time accuracy and helps avoid misinterpretation of data timing.
