The Users module provides a centralized overview of all team members, bringing together key user data in one place. It allows administrators and managers to quickly review activity insights, succession plans, and overall user information without navigating through multiple modules.
From this screen, you can access a summarized view of each user’s profile, including module usage, 9-box performance evaluations, last login dates, and other relevant engagement metrics. This high-level snapshot helps you understand user activity and performance at a glance, and easily navigate to detailed reports within specific modules when deeper analysis is needed.
Accessing your Tasks Reports
To get started on viewing the report for your Users Module:
Head over your Admin Center > Reports: https://admin.teamflect.com/#/reports
Click on the Users Module:
Filtering your data:
Use filters to refine the data shown in your Users Report.
You can filter Users by:
Filter | Description |
Employee Name | Display users based on employee name. |
Employee Email | Display users based on employee email address. |
Employee Status | Display users based on their account status (Deleted, Ex-Owner, or Signed-In). |
Department | Display users based on department |
Location | Filter users based on work locations. |
Country | Show users based on country. |
User Attributes | Refine results based on Job Title, Employee Hire Date, or other custom attributes. |
📌Tip: Combine multiple filters to create a focused view of your users. For example, filter by Employee Status + Location to identify active users within a specific location.
Users Report Sections:
1.User Summery
The User Summary provides a high-level overview of the total number of users based on your selected filters. It dynamically updates according to the applied criteria and allows you to break down user data by specific attributes such as department, location, or status.
When an attribute is selected from the filters section, the summary visualizes how users are distributed across that category, helping you quickly understand user segmentation and organizational structure.
2. User Card
The User Card lets you select an individual user to view a detailed snapshot of their activity and performance. It includes key data such as general information, user attributes, monthly login statistics, module usage, rolling quarters of review scores, and open goals with latest progress updates. This centralized view helps quickly understand a user’s engagement and performance without navigating multiple reports.
3. Succession Plan
The Succession Plan helps you plan for the future of your team by selecting a predecessor and accessing key user data. It includes general information, role summary, potential successors, readiness, competency distribution, notes about successors, and succession plan details. This view provides a clear overview of succession planning and team readiness in one centralized place.
4. User List
The User List provides a comprehensive view of all users and their activity across the platform. It displays key information such as user profiles, module usage frequency, login activity, and other engagement metrics. This centralized list helps quickly assess user participation, compare activity across the team, and identify trends or gaps in usage.

5. Users Since Last Login in Days
Provides an overview of users based on the time elapsed since their last login. Users are grouped into predefined ranges starting from 0–10 days up to 93+ days, including those who have never logged in. This view helps quickly identify active and inactive users across the organization
6. Module Usage
Provides a quarterly overview of user activity across different modules. Displays key actions such as meetings conducted, goals owned, goals completed, and other module interactions. This view helps track engagement trends and understand how actively users utilize the platform over time.

Provides an overview of users’ 9-box placements based on performance and potential evaluations. Displays each user’s current 9-box category, latest assignment date, and the source of the evaluation (review cycle or profile assessment).
This view helps understand talent distribution across the organization and supports succession planning and development decisions.
