The Tasks Module in Teamflect Reports provides a detailed view of tasks across your organization. This module helps managers and team leads track task completion, monitor department performance, and analyze task distribution by user and location. With built-in filters and visualizations, you can quickly identify bottlenecks, understand interactions between departments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Accessing your Tasks Reports

To get started on viewing the report for your Tasks Module:

  1. Head over your Admin Center > Reports: https://admin.teamflect.com/#/reports

  2. Click on the Task Module:

Filtering your data:

Use filters to refine the data shown in your Task Report.

You can filter tasks by:

Created Date

View tasks within a specific date range (Quarterly, Monthly, or Custom).

Task Group

Filter tasks based on assigned groups.

Task Assigned To

Focus on tasks assigned to specific users.

Task Assigned By

See tasks created by a specific manager or team lead.

Task Status

Filter tasks by status (Complete or Incomplete).

Deadline Status

Identify tasks based on whether they were completed on time.

Department

Filter by department to see team-level task activity.

Location & Country

Drill down by office or region.

User Attributes

Refine results based on Job Title, Employee Hire Date, or other custom attributes.

Tasks Report Sections:

1. Tasks by Created Date

The Tasks by Created Date chart shows task volume and completion trends over time. This visual allows you to identify patterns in task creation and completion rates, helping you understand team performance at a glance.

  • Complete / Incomplete – The chart displays the number of tasks completed versus incomplete.

  • Task Completion Rate – The line graph highlights overall task completion percentages over time.

2. Stats

The Stats section provides a quick summary of task performance:

  • Total Tasks – The total number of tasks assigned during the selected period.

  • Task Completion Rate – Percentage of tasks completed within the reporting period.

3. Tasks by Department & User

This section provides task metrics by department and individual users within that department:

Q: How can I see which users have Incomplete Tasks?

✅ In the Task Details section, use the Status column to filter for tasks marked as Incomplete. This will show you which users have pending tasks, along with the corresponding task titles.

Q: How can I check if a particular user from a department does not have any tasks assigned to them?

✅ Under the Tasks by Department & User section, you can locate which department and click on the (+) icon to expand the users under that department, then there is a column called #User without task
