Goals Report Sections
1. Generate AI Summary or Ask Question Regarding Goals
This feature enables users to interact with their goals data using AI. Users can generate a summary of goal progress across individuals or teams, or ask specific questions (e.g., “Which goals are at risk?” or “How many goals are completed this quarter?”) to receive instant, contextual insights.
2. Executive Health Score
The Executive Health Score represents an overall measure of your organization’s goal execution health. It is calculated as a single weighted score out of 10, based on four key categories:
Progress & Completion
Timeliness & Risk
Ownership & Adoption
Collaboration & Coaching
Each category is calculated separately and contributes to the final score based on its assigned weight. These weights can be customized to reflect what is most important for your organization.
3. Progress & Completion
This section provides visibility into how goals are progressing and being completed across your organization. It includes key metrics such as:
Total number of goals created
Open vs. closed goals
Goal completion rates
Average progress percentages
Goal outcome distribution
Progress trends over time based on due date periods
The charts in this section help you identify whether goals are actively advancing toward completion or remaining stagnant after being created.
4. Timeliness & Risk
This section focuses on the recency of goal activity and helps identify goals that may be overdue, outdated, or not actively maintained. It includes key insights such as:
Goals that have not been updated within a defined period (stale threshold, configurable via “stale days”)
Overdue goals based on due dates
Aging distribution of inactive goals across time ranges
Managers and goal owners associated with stale or inactive goals
This section helps surface potential risks related to goal follow-through and accountability. For example, goals that have not been updated for extended periods (such as 60–90 days) may indicate limited active management or engagement.
5. Ownership & Adoption
This section provides insight into how goals are distributed and adopted across the organization. It helps you understand whether goal-setting is consistently applied and balanced across teams and individuals. Key metrics include:
Number of goal owners
Average number of goals per employee
Employees with an excessive number of goals (threshold is configurable)
Adoption breakdowns by department, location, and manager
Signed-in users without any assigned or created goals
The “Signed-In Users with No Goals” table specifically highlights employees who are currently active in the system but do not have any goals assigned or created.
6. Collaboration & Coaching
This section provides insight into how actively goals are being used for collaboration and ongoing coaching conversations. It highlights whether goals are being discussed and engaged with after creation, rather than remaining static. Key metrics include:
Number of goals with comments
“Silent goals” with no engagement or activity
Average number of comments per goal
Breakdown of engagement by department, manager, and other organizational levels
This section is particularly useful for understanding whether goals are being used as a collaborative performance tool between managers and employees, or if they are created and then rarely revisited.
7. Goal Details & Comments
This section provides a detailed, data-level view of all goals included in the report. It allows you to customize visible columns and export key goal information for further analysis. Available fields include:
Goal owner
Manager
Department
Due dates
Progress
Visibility settings
Goal descriptions
Last update dates
Comments
This section is primarily used for raw data extraction and is especially useful for HR and operations teams who need to export the data into Excel or other tools for deeper analysis and reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions about Goals Reports
