Overview

The Goals Module in Teamflect Reports provides a comprehensive view of goals across your organization. It helps managers and team leads track goal progress, measure alignment at the individual and team level, and gain insights into goal ownership and completion trends. With filters and visual reports, you can easily monitor performance, identify gaps, and ensure goals stay on track.

How to Access Goal Reports

  1. Go to your Admin Center > Reports: https://admin.teamflect.com/#/reports

  2. Select the Goal Module.

Filtering your Data

Apply filters to focus on the specific information you want to see in your Task Report.

You can filter Goals by:

  1. Goals by End Date

This chart gives you a quick view of your team’s goals and how they’re progressing over time, making it easy to track overall performance.

  • Open – Shows the number of goals that are still in progress or not yet completed.

  • Average Progress – Displays the average progress percentage across all goals, helping you identify overall trends and areas that may need attention.

2. Goals by Status

This section provides a snapshot of your team’s goals, showing their progress and outcomes. You can quickly see which goals are on track, at risk, off track, or not yet started, track completed goals, and monitor overall goal completion rates.

  • Overview – No Status, On Track, At Risk, Off Track
    Shows the number of goals in each status category, giving a clear view of goal health across the organization.

  • Closed Goal Outcomes
    Displays the results of completed goals, allowing you to see how goals were achieved or closed.

  • Goal Completion Rate
    Highlights the percentage of goals completed over a selected period, helping track overall progress and performance trends.

  • User with/without Goals
    Shows which users have goals assigned and which do not, giving a clear picture of goal coverage.

  • Goals Assigned per User
    Displays the number of goals assigned to each user, helping track workload and focus areas.

  • # Owners Updated Goals within Last 30 Days
    Shows how many goal owners have made updates in the past 30 days, highlighting recent activity.

  • % Owners Updated Goals within Last 30 Days
    Displays the percentage of goal owners who have updated their goals in the last 30 days, helping monitor engagement trends.

5. Goals by Measurement Type and Durations
