Teamflect allows administrators to export user and module data directly from the Admin Center for deeper analysis, reporting, or compliance purposes.
With just a few clicks, you can extract data in Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format — enabling your HR, leadership, or analytics teams to process and visualize insights outside Teamflect.
🔒 Note: Only users with Admin Center access and relevant permissions can export data.
Steps to Export Data from Teamflect
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
From the top-right corner, click Admin Center.
Step 2: Open the Reports Section
Inside the Admin Center, select Reports from the left panel.
Step 3: Choose the Module to Export
From the dropdown or side menu, select the specific module whose data you want to export — for example, Recognitions, Goals, Reviews, or Surveys.
Step 4: Open Export Options
Once the data loads, click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the data grid to open More Options, then select Export Data.
Step 5: Select Format and Export
In the export window, choose your preferred format (.xlsx or .csv) and click Export.
The file will automatically download to your computer.
Your file will be downloaded to your computer in ‘xlsx’ or "CSV" format depending on your selection before exporting.
💡 Tip: For large datasets, exporting may take a few seconds. Avoid refreshing the page until the download starts.
