Track and Manage Performance Goals with Filters, Views, and Status Controls

✅ Goal Period Filter

Use the Goal Period dropdown to filter goals based on a specific time frame. This helps you focus on active goals within a selected date range—ideal for quarterly check-ins or performance cycles.

🧩 Show Filters

Click Show Filters to refine your view.

You can filter goals based on:

  • Goal Owner – See goals assigned to specific individuals

  • Goal Labels – Focus on goals grouped under a shared tag or theme

  • Goal Type – View individual, team, or organizational goals

  • Progress Percentage – Filter goals by their current progress percentage by selecting min. and max. values

These filters can be combined to tailor your view as needed.

📌 Status Selector

Click on any Status name (e.g., In Progress, At risk, Closed) to display goals with that specific status. This makes it easy to focus on completed or at-risk goals at a glance.

You can always select multiple status filters to view goals of different statuses at once.

🔍 Search Bar

Quickly locate a goal by typing in keywords related to the goal's title or description. The search feature works across all visible goals, helping you find what you need in seconds.

👁️ View Options

Teamflect offers four ways to visualize goals:

  • List View: A detailed table view of all goals and their key details

  • Feed View: A chronological timeline of goal updates and activities

  • User View: Shows each team member and their associated goals individually (available only in tabs other than My Goals and All Goals)

  • Tree View: A hierarchical, nested layout showing parent goals with their subgoals indented below—ideal for visualizing goal structure and alignment.

Each view offers a unique perspective and can be switched easily depending on your needs.
