Calibration is a critical step in the review process, helping ensure fairness and consistency across teams. With Teamflect’s bulk release feature, administrators can finalize and distribute reviews pending calibration either in bulk or by selecting specific employees. This streamlines the process, minimizes manual effort, and keeps review cycles on track.
Steps to Bulk Release Reviews:
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Log in as an administrator at https://admin.teamflect.com/.
Go to the Admin Center > Modules.
Select the Reviews module.
Step 2: Choose the Desired Cycle and View Reviews
Navigate to Review Cycles.
Select the cycle you want to manage.
Click See/Update Reviews to view all reviews within the selected cycle.
Step 3: Check Calibration Status
If reviews are awaiting calibration, you’ll see a warning message at the top of the page showing how many are pending.
You can calibrate each review individually, select specific reviews to release in bulk, or release all reviews at once
Step 4: Bulk Release Option
Click Complete Calibration.
Select the employees whose reviews you want to release.
Use the search bar or apply filters such as department, location, country, or job title to refine your selection.
Alternatively, select Select all employees to release all pending reviews.
Step 5: Finalize Calibration
Confirm your selection.
The selected reviews awaiting calibration will be finalized and released according to the template’s configured scenario.
