Calibration is a critical step in the review process, helping ensure fairness and consistency across teams. With Teamflect’s bulk release feature, administrators can release reviews that are Waiting for Calibration either in bulk or for specific employees.
This can be done in two ways: from the Admin Center or directly from the All Reviews tab. This streamlines the release process, reduces manual effort, and helps keep review cycles on track.
Option 1: Complete Calibration from the Admin Center
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Log in as an administrator at https://admin.teamflect.com/.
Go to the Admin Center > Modules.
Select the Reviews module.
Step 2: Choose the Desired Cycle and View Reviews
Navigate to Review Cycles.
Select the cycle you want to manage.
Click See/Update Reviews to view all reviews within the selected cycle.
Step 3: Check Calibration Status
If reviews are awaiting calibration, you’ll see a warning message at the top of the page showing how many are pending.
You can calibrate each review individually, select specific reviews to release in bulk, or release all reviews at once
Step 4: Bulk Release Option
Click Complete Calibration.
Select the employees whose reviews you want to release.
Use the search bar or apply filters such as department, location, country, or job title to refine your selection.
Alternatively, select Select all employees to release all pending reviews.
Option 2: Complete calibration from the All Reviews tab in the app
You can also complete calibration directly from the Reviews page without opening each review individually.
Step 1: Access Reviews
Log in to Teamflect and select Reviews from the homepage.
Step 2: Click on the All Reviews tab and select the review cycle
Select the review cycle you would like to complete calibration for, then click See Reviews.
Step 3: Select Reviews for Bulk Release
Select the checkbox next to the review participants whose reviews you would like to complete in bulk. Click Complete Calibration.
With Bulk Review Calibration, you can review multiple reviews from a single page instead of opening them one by one. Calibrators can also edit eligible calibration fields directly in the table.
Step 4: Finalize Calibration
Confirm your selection.
The selected reviews awaiting calibration will be finalized and released according to the template’s configured scenario.
