Are you ready to streamline your calibration process in Teamflect? With our new bulk release feature, administrators can efficiently finalize and send out reviews for calibration in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to take advantage of this time-saving functionality:
1. Access the Admin Center:
Log in to your Teamflect account as an administrator.
Navigate to the Admin Center, Within the Admin Center, locate and click on "Modules."
Select the "Reviews" module from the list of available modules.
3. Choose Desired Cycle:
In the Reviews module, navigate to the "See Existing Cycles" section.
Choose the specific cycle for which you want to bulk release reviews for calibration.
4. View Reviews:
After selecting the desired cycle, click on the "See/Update Reviews" button.
You will be directed to a page displaying the status and details of the reviews within the selected cycle.
5. Check Calibration Status:
If there are reviews awaiting calibration, you will see a warning message at the top of the page indicating the number of reviews pending calibration.
You can either proceed to calibrate each review individually or opt for bulk release.
6. Bulk Release Option:
To bulk release reviews for calibration, simply click on the "Complete Calibration for All" option.
A pop-up window will appear, confirming your intent to finalize all reviews awaiting calibration.
7. Finalize Calibration:
Upon confirming, all reviews awaiting calibration will be finalized and sent out according to the specified scenario for the template used in the cycle.
