Ensure timely completion of review processes in Teamflect by sending reminder cards to both reviewees and reviewers. This guide provides a straightforward approach to using the Teamflect Admin Center to prompt participants to finish their assigned parts.

How to Send Reminders in Teamflect for Incomplete Reviews

Step 1: Access the Reviews Module

Log in to the Teamflect Admin Center at https://admin.teamflect.com. Navigate to the "Modules" located on the left navigation bar and click on the "Reviews" tab to manage review activities.

Step 2: Locate Review Cycles

Within the Reviews section, select "Review Cycles" at the top of the page. This area allows you to oversee all ongoing review cycles.

Step 3: Select the Review Cycle

From the list of review cycles, choose the one you need to send reminders for. Click the "See/update reviews" button to proceed to detailed options.

Step 4: Send the Reminder

Click on "Send reminder" to access reminder settings. You'll find three options to target specific groups:

  • Reviewees who haven't submitted their self-reviews

  • Reviewers who haven't submitted their reviews

  • Reviewers who submitted but didn't finalize their reviews

Select the appropriate group based on who needs the reminder.

Finalizing the Reminder

After selecting the target group, add a personalized note in the Note section if needed. Press the "Send reminder" button to dispatch the reminder. This will notify the selected individuals via email or internal notification systems to complete their pending tasks.

By following these steps, Teamflect admins can effectively prompt participants to complete their review segments, ensuring a smooth and efficient review process. This function not only helps maintain the schedule but also enhances the overall performance evaluation system.
