In Teamflect, managers have the ability to prompt reviewees to complete their self-review by sending customized reminder cards. This guide outlines the steps required to efficiently send these reminders, ensuring timely completion of reviews.

How to Send Review Reminders in Teamflect

Step 1: Accessing the Reviews Module

Begin by logging into your Teamflect account. Navigate to the dashboard and click on the “Reviews” module. This is your starting point for managing all review-related activities.

Step 2: Selecting Reviews

Inside the Reviews module, click on the “Reviews about my team” tab. This section lists all ongoing reviews involving your team members.

Browse through the list to find the specific review for which you want to send a reminder. Select the desired review and click the bell icon to initiate the reminder process.

Step 3: Sending the Reminder

Upon clicking the bell icon, you will be prompted to select the recipients of the reminder. Choose the users who have yet to complete their reviews. If you wish to add a personalized message, enter it in the Add Note (optional) section. Finalize the process by clicking the "Send Reminder" button.

This action triggers a notification via both Microsoft Teams and Email (depending on the notification settings) to the selected recipients, containing your note if provided. This dual-notification system ensures that the reminder is noticed promptly, encouraging faster completion of the review process.

By following these steps in Teamflect, managers can effectively remind their team members to complete their self-reviews, facilitating a smoother and more efficient review cycle.
