Teamflect allows managers and HR teams to request feedback on behalf of their direct reports discreetly. This feature enables the collection of insights from peers or stakeholders without notifying the employee or sharing responses directly with them. It’s ideal for 360° reviews, performance planning, and sensitive transitions, helping gather actionable feedback while maintaining confidentiality and reducing employee overload.
Step-by-Step Guide to Collecting Feedback for Your Team Members in Teamflect
Step 1: Open the Feedback module
Use the left-hand navigation bar to go to the Feedback module.
Step 2: Click the “New Feedback” button
Click New Feedback in the top-right corner to begin the process.
Step 3: Select “Ask for feedback” and choose the subject
In the pop-up window:
Click Ask for feedback
Under the About section, choose Someone on my team
In the Team member field, start typing the name of the direct report you're requesting feedback for. Select them from the results.
Step 4: Choose the feedback provider and complete the form
Fill out the following fields:
From: Type in the name of the individual who will give feedback
Feedback template: Choose the appropriate template
Your message (optional): Add context or instructions
Visibility: Choose who can view the responses
Due date: Select a deadline
Step 5: Click “Request”
When ready, click the Request button to send out the feedback form.
Note: When you request feedback on behalf of someone on your team, your team member will not be notified once the feedback provider submits the feedback. They will also not have access to the feedback that is requested on their behalf based on the viability settings you have selected.
