  3. Find the active cycle assigned to you and click to view details.

Step 2. Choose Your Feedback Providers

  1. In the Feedback Providers section, click Request.

2. Add the people you’d like to receive feedback from:

  • Your manager

  • Peers you work closely with

  • Direct reports (if applicable)

3. You may add several providers to ensure diverse perspectives.

Step 3. Send Feedback Requests

  2. (Optional) Add a note to give context (e.g., “Please share feedback on my leadership during Project X”).

Important Notes

1. Permissions May Vary

  • If the Request button is disabled, your organization may restrict employees from initiating requests.

  • In that case, check with your manager or HR team.

2. Minimum and Maximum Limits

  • Admins may set rules for the minimum or maximum number of providers.

  • These limits appear during selection. Respecting them is required for your cycle to continue.

3. Feedback Visibility

  • Results visibility depends on admin configuration:

    • Some organizations keep results anonymous and share only with managers or HR.

    • Others allow employees to see feedback directly.

  • If you’re unsure, confirm with your HR team.

HR Use Cases

  • Performance Review Prep: Request feedback from recent collaborators to enrich your review discussion.

  • Career Development: Get input from cross-departmental stakeholders if you’re preparing for a new role.
