Teamflect’s external feedback feature lets you easily collect input from clients, vendors, or partners outside your organization. This ensures you get real-world perspectives on team performance, project delivery, or service quality.
Step-by-Step Guide to Gathering Feedback from Clients, Vendors, and Partners
Step 1: Open the Feedback module
From the left navigation bar in the Teamflect app, go to the Feedback module where all feedback-related tasks are managed.
Step 2: Click the “New Feedback” button
In the top-right corner of the Feedback module, click the New Feedback button.
Step 3: Choose “Ask for feedback”
In the pop-up window, select Ask for feedback.
Then choose whether the feedback will be about yourself or a member of your team.
Step 4: Enter the external recipient’s information
In the field provided, type the name and email address of the external user (e.g., a client, vendor, or partner).
Step 5: Select a feedback template
Choose a relevant feedback template to structure the input you're requesting.
If you don't see a template that fits your needs, you can create a new one by visiting your admin center.
Note: Only Teamflect administrators can create or customize feedback templates in the Admin Center.
Step 6: Add an optional message
You can include a personalized message to provide context or explain why you’re requesting feedback.
Step 7: Set a due date
Choose a due date to encourage timely responses from the external party.
Step 8: Click “Request”
After reviewing the details, click Request to send your feedback request.
Once submitted, you’ll find responses under the “Received” tab in the Feedback module.
