Teamflect makes it simple to request feedback from colleagues inside or outside your organization so you can gain meaningful insights and improve your performance.
Whether you’re preparing for a performance review, reflecting on recent work, or simply looking to grow professionally, this feature lets you select specific teammates or external contacts, choose a feedback template, and send your request in just a few clicks.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to open the feedback module, start a new feedback request for yourself, choose providers and templates, and share optional context so the feedback you receive is focused and constructive.
Step 1: Open the Feedback module
From the left-hand navigation bar, go to the Feedback module.
Step 2: Click “New Feedback”
In the top-right corner of the screen, click the New Feedback button.
Step 3: Select “Ask for feedback” and choose “Myself”
In the pop-up window:
Click Ask for feedback
In the About section, select Myself
In the From field, type and select one or more feedback providers
Note: You can also request feedback from:
External users outside your organization
Colleagues who aren’t active Teamflect users
Step 4: Choose a feedback template
Select a relevant feedback template
(Optional) Click See questions to preview what the provider will see
Step 5: Add a message and send the request
Add a message (optional) to provide context
Click Request to send your feedback request
