Quick Guide to Sharing Real-Time Feedback in Teamflect
Step 1: Open the Feedback module
From the left navigation bar, go to the Feedback module to access all feedback tools.
Step 2: Click “New Feedback”
Select the New Feedback button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select “Give feedback” and choose a colleague
In the pop-up window, select Give feedback.
Step 4: Search for a colleague and select a feedback template
Use the search bar to find the person you'd like to give feedback to.
Then, choose a feedback template from the list to structure your input.
Step 5: Set the visibility of the feedback by choosing one of the available visibility options:
Visible to the manager and the feedback recipient
Visible to Teamflect Administrators and manager only
Visible to the manager and anonymously visible to the feedback recipient
This setting determines who can view the submitted feedback and helps tailor privacy to the situation.
Step 6: Complete and submit the feedback
Fill out the questions based on the selected template, then click Submit to send the feedback.
