Step-by-Step Guide to Sharing Feedback Anonymously in Teamflect

Step 1: Go to the Feedback module in Teamflect

Navigate to the Feedback module from the left navigation bar. This is where all feedback-related actions take place.

Step 2: Click on the "New Feedback" button and select "Give feedback"

Click the New Feedback button at the top right, then choose Give feedback to begin the process.

Step 3: Choose the feedback receiver and the feedback template

Select the individual you want to give feedback to and pick the appropriate feedback template from the dropdown list.

Step 4: Set the visibility to anonymous

In the Visibility section, choose the option:
"Visible to the manager and anonymously visible to the feedback recipient."
This ensures the manager can see your feedback, while your identity remains hidden from the recipient.

By following these simple steps and using the anonymous option, users can contribute to a more open and constructive feedback culture in Teamflect.

When to Use Anonymous Feedback

  1. Address sensitive employee relations concerns
Create a safe space for employees to raise interpersonal or behavioral issues that may otherwise go unreported.

  2. Support diversity and inclusion efforts
Gather anonymous input around workplace experiences to identify gaps and foster a more inclusive environment.

  3. Improve people manager effectiveness
Enable upward feedback to help managers understand how their leadership style is perceived, while protecting employee anonymity.
