How can I view survey results?

View and analyze survey results in Teamflect, including anonymous and non-anonymous responses.

After distributing a survey, the next step is understanding the responses you’ve collected. Teamflect makes it easy to view and analyze survey results so you can uncover insights, track trends, and make data-driven decisions.

In this article, you’ll learn how to access and interpret survey results in Teamflect, including where to find summary data and how to explore individual responses for deeper insights.

Non-Anonymous Surveys

For non-anonymous surveys, responses are linked to individual users, allowing you to review feedback on a per-respondent basis.

Viewing non-anonymous survey results

  1. Go to the Surveys module from the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click on the All surveys tab.

  3. Select the desired non-anonymous survey.

  4. You will be taken to the survey results page.

Understanding the results

  • Completion Rate
    Shows the percentage of respondents who have completed the survey.

  • Respondents List

    • Displays the names and profile images of respondents.

    • You can search and select individual users to view their responses.

  • All Responses

    • Responses are displayed with clear associations to individual users.

    • You can:

      • View how each respondent answered specific questions

      • Compare responses across users

      • Analyze trends based on user-level data

  • Question Breakdown
    Includes:

    • Answer distribution

    • Percentage and number of respondents per option

    • Average ratings for scale-based questions

  • Generate a report with AI
    Quickly create a summary of responses to help analyze feedback at scale.


Anonymous Surveys

For anonymous surveys, individual responses cannot be traced back to specific users. This ensures that respondents can provide honest and unbiased feedback.

Viewing anonymous survey results

  1. Navigate to the Surveys module from the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Open the All surveys tab.

  3. Select the anonymous survey you want to review.

  4. You will be redirected to the survey results page.

Understanding the results

  • Completion Rate
    Displays the percentage of users who have completed the survey.

  • Respondents List
    Respondents are displayed as Anonymous, and no identifying information is shown.

  • All Responses

    • Responses are aggregated and displayed in charts and percentages.

    • You can view:

      • Answer distribution for each question

      • Number of respondents per answer option

      • Overall averages for rating-based questions

  • Show comments
    Expand to view additional qualitative feedback where available.

  • Generate a report with AI
    Use this option to automatically generate a summary of the survey results.
