Teamflect allows you to set up automated birthday reminders between managers and their direct reports. These reminders help foster stronger connections, encourage recognition, and can be customized directly in the Admin Center.

How to Configure Birthday Reminders

Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Center

  1. Click the Admin Center button in the upper-right corner of the Teamflect app

  2. Or visit https://admin.teamflect.com directly

Step 2: Access Notification Settings

  • From the left-hand menu, select Notification Settings

  • Switch to the Birthday Notifications tab

Step 3: Enable and Customize Settings

  • Toggle on Manager Birthday Reminders for Direct Reports

  • Configure the time and time zone for notification delivery

  • Options include:

    • Direct report reminders for managers → Managers get a notification 1 day before their direct reports’ birthdays

    • Manager reminders for direct reports → Direct reports get a notification 1 day before their manager’s birthday
