Teamflect enables HR admins to centrally manage birthday notifications, making sure managers are reminded of their direct reports' special days. This helps foster a culture of recognition and engagement across the organization.
Configuring Birthday Notifications in Teamflect Admin Center
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Center
You can access Teamflect's Admin Center by using the "Admin center" button available in the top right corner inside the Teamflect App, or by visiting the web address directly.
Step 2: Access the Notification Settings
After accessing the Admin Center, you can use the left-hand menu to navigate to the Notification Settings section.
Once inside the Notification Settings menu, you can switch to the Birthday Notifications tab:
Step 3: Configuration
The related setting can be configured using the menu. To make it interactive, please make sure that the settings are toggled on, using the buttons that are on the right-hand side of the settings. You can set up the time of the notification deployment, as well as the time zone.
Direct report birthday reminders for managers: Managers will receive a notification reminder for their direct reports’ birthdays one day in advance.
Manager birthday reminders for direct reports: Direct reports will receive a reminder notification for their manager's birthday one day in advance.
