Teamflect’s built-in AI makes it easy to create survey question sets in seconds. Instead of writing every question manually, you can provide a topic, and AI will generate tailored questions for you. This saves time and ensures your surveys are relevant, professional, and consistent with your organization’s needs.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Visit the Admin Center
Access the Admin Center from the upper-right corner of the Teamflect app, or go directly to: admin.teamflect.com
Step 2: Navigate to the Surveys Module
In the left-hand menu, select Surveys, then click on Survey question sets.
Step 3: Add a New Question Set
Click Add New Question Set to open the question set creation window.
Step 4: Generate Questions With AI
At the top of the pop-up, click Generate questions with AI.
Enter your desired topic (e.g., Employee Engagement, Onboarding Experience, Leadership Feedback).
Click Generate questions.
Step 5: Select Questions
To include all AI-generated questions, click Use all questions.
To select individually, click Use question under each option.
