Creating feedback questions doesn’t have to be time-consuming. With Teamflect’s built-in AI assistant, you can generate a complete set of tailored feedback questions in just a few clicks—right from the Admin Center. Whether you’re setting up a new 360-degree cycle or customizing performance review forms, AI helps streamline the process while ensuring questions are relevant for different roles and use cases.

How to Use AI to Generate Feedback Questions

Step 1: Access the Admin Center

Step 2: Navigate to Feedback Question Sets

  • In the Admin Center sidebar, go to Feedback > Feedback Template

  • Select 'Add New Template'

Step 3: Launch the AI Generator

  • In the feedback template window, click “Generate questions with AI” located at the top-right

  • This opens the AI question set panel

Step 4: Enter a Focus Area or Description

  • Under “Question set details”, describe the purpose of the question set
    Examples:

    • “Leadership-related questions”

    • “Team collaboration and communication”

    • “Remote work productivity assessment”

  • Click “Generate questions”

Step 5: Review the Suggested Questions

  • Teamflect will present a list of AI-generated questions categorized by type:

    • Rating

    • Freeform

    • Multiple choice

  • Browse the suggestions and click “Use question” to insert any question into your template

Step 6: Generate more questions or finalize

You can either generate more questions or if you're happy with the ones you have, click 'create' to save your questions for future use
