Step-by-Step Guide to Using AI to Summarize Team Feedback
Step 1: Go to the Feedback module
Navigate to the Feedback module using the left-hand navigation bar.
Step 2: Open the "My Team" tab
Click the My Team tab, typically located at the top of the module interface.
Step 3: Filter feedback by person (if needed)
If your direct reports aren't listed, use the filter on the right to group feedback by Person.
Step 4: Locate the "Summarize with AI" button
Once grouped, you'll see a Summarize with AI button next to each direct report's name.
Step 5: Generate the summary
Click the Summarize with AI button and adjust any settings related to the feedback you want summarized. Teamflect will then generate an AI-powered summary of that direct report’s feedback.
Then AI will process the feedback and provide you with a summarized version of their feedback. You also have the option to copy the content using the icon on the upper-right side or click on "Go back" and re-select the feedback you choose to include. Clicking on "Done" would close the window:
