The AI summarization feature helps you quickly understand 360-degree feedback without reading every individual comment. Instead of manually reviewing all the responses from peers, managers, and others, Teamflect uses AI to generate a clear, concise summary that highlights key themes and insights. This makes it faster and easier for managers and HR to see patterns in feedback and focus on what matters most in performance conversations.

This feature must first be enabled in the Feedback module settings.

Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Center

Access the Admin Center from the top-right menu in Teamflect, or log in directly via the web address: https://admin.teamflect.com/

Step 2: Access the Feedback Module

After accessing the Admin Center, you can use the left-hand menu to navigate to the Feedback section under Modules.

Step 3 – Enable AI Feedback Summaries

Inside the module settings, scroll down to find the "Enable feedback summaries with AI" option. Toggle this setting on. After the setting is toggled on, you will be able to begin using the feature.

Step 4: Check a Review

Once enabled, go to any review that includes 360-degree feedback. In the feedback section, you’ll see a Summarize with AI button.

Clicking it generates a concise AI summary of the collected feedback.

A new window will open with the summarized feedback which, you can copy. Once done, you click on "Done" to close the window:

Use Cases

  1. Manager Preparation – Managers get a quick overview of employee feedback before performance discussions.

  2. Calibration Support – AI summaries help HR spot trends across multiple feedback cycles for fairness.

  3. Employee Development – Use summaries to highlight strengths and areas for growth in development plans.

Best Practice

  • Treat AI summaries as a starting point, not a final judgment. Always review underlying feedback for context.

  • Use AI summaries to guide conversations, but ensure feedback is delivered with empathy and nuance.
