Accessing 360 Feedback Results

  1. Open the Review: Navigate to the review you want to analyze. This could be for reviewing your team’s performance or calibrating a review.

  2. Locate the 360 Feedback Section: Within the review, find the dedicated 360 Feedback section.

  3. Click on the "Feedback Results" Button: In this section, you’ll see a button labeled Feedback Results. Click on it to access the detailed feedback.

Understanding the Feedback Results

  • Individual Feedback: You will be able to see the specific feedback given to the reviewee. This includes qualitative insights from peers, managers, direct reports or external users.

  • Summarized Results: The system calculates and displays the average score for each rating-type question in the feedback template. This provides a clear, consolidated view of performance across various dimensions.
