Accessing 360 Feedback Results

  1. Open the Review: Navigate to the review you want to analyze. This could be for reviewing your team’s performance or calibrating a review.

  2. Locate the 360 Feedback Section: Within the review, find the dedicated 360 Feedback section.

  3. Click on the "Results" Button: In this section, you’ll see a button labeled Results. Click on it to access the detailed feedback.

  4. Use the "Summarize with AI" Option: After reviewing the feedback results, you can further streamline the process by selecting the "Summarize with AI" option in the top right corner.


    This feature uses AI to generate a concise summary of the feedback, highlighting the most important points. The AI-generated summary gives you a quicker overview, making it easier to understand key insights without having to go through all the detailed responses.

Understanding the Feedback Results

  • Individual Feedback: You will be able to see the specific feedback given to the reviewee. This includes qualitative insights from peers, managers, direct reports or external users.
