To generate a survey report using AI, follow these straightforward steps:
Note: To use the "Generate a Report with AI" feature, make sure the following prerequisites are met:
At least one survey must have been completed. This is required for the button to appear.
You need to enable this setting in the Admin Center. For more details, see: Managing AI Settings in Teamflect.
Step 1
Navigate to the Surveys module
Step 2
If you are a manager, click on the "My Team's Surveys" tab. If you are a Teamflect administrator, go to the "All Surveys" tab located at the top.
Step 3
Find and click on the relevant survey cycle for which you want to generate a report, click on See survey to expand the survey details:

Click on the "Generate a Report with AI" button associated with the chosen survey cycle.
Step 5
You will see the sections included in the report and you can always regenerate the report.
You also have the option to print the report and save a PDF version.
