However, the volume of data collected can often be overwhelming, making it difficult to derive meaningful insights without investing significant time and resources.
To generate a survey report using AI, follow these straightforward steps:
Before you begin, ensure that at least one survey has been completed. This is necessary to activate the "Generate a Report with AI" button.
Step 1
Navigate to the Surveys module
Step 2
If you are a manager, click on the "My Team's Surveys" tab. If you are a Teamflect administrator, go to the "All Surveys" tab located at the top.
Step 3
Find and click on the relevant survey cycle for which you want to generate a report.
Step 4
Click on the "Generate a Report with AI" button associated with the chosen survey cycle.
Step 5
You will see the sections included in the report and you can always regenerate the report. You also have the option to print the report and have a PDF version.
By following these steps, you can quickly generate a comprehensive survey report with AI, incorporating both current and historical survey data.
