⚙️ How the Master AI Toggle Works
At the top of the page is a Master AI toggle that enables or disables all AI features across your organization.
When the master toggle is ON
Individual AI settings can be enabled or disabled separately. Users can access features that are enabled and available to them.
If Disabled:
All sub-settings will become inactive (and set to off visually).
Existing preferences will be remembered and restored if the toggle is re-enabled.
A tooltip will appear on related toggles within the related sections and modules.
"This feature has been disabled by your organization in the Teamflect AI settings page."
Confirmation Modal:
Disabling the master toggle prompts an approval dialog. The change only applies if confirmed.
When Should You Turn a Feature Off?
You may want to disable a specific AI feature when:
Your organization requires review responses to be written without AI assistance.
Employees should write their own goal descriptions.
AI summaries are not permitted for a particular process.
Your organization wants to limit AI use to selected workflows.
You can leave other AI features enabled if they are still needed.
🔄 Synchronization Logic
When sub-settings are toggled off, they disable corresponding AI features in the module and templates.
Some settings on the AI Settings page (e.g., AI-generated 9-box suggestions in Reviews) are not synced with the settings within templates. Turning them off in the AI page locks the feature in templates until re-enabled from the AI settings page.
