1. What AI technology does Teamflect use?

Teamflect uses OpenAI services hosted on Microsoft Azure to power its AI capabilities. This ensures enterprise-grade reliability, performance, and security.


2. How does Teamflect ensure data privacy and security when using AI?

We take data security seriously. All AI-related data is:

  • Transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption

  • Hosted on regional Azure servers based on your location

  • Protected by strict access control policies


3. Are customer inputs used to train AI models?

No. Teamflect does not use customer inputs to train or fine-tune AI models. Your data remains confidential and is never used for model training.


4. How is data transmitted to Teamflect’s AI services?

All data sent to our AI services is encrypted using HTTPS and TLS 1.3, ensuring industry-standard protection during transmission.


5. Where are Teamflect's AI servers located?

Our AI services are hosted in regional Azure data centers based on your geographical location to meet data residency requirements and ensure fast performance.


6. How does Teamflect handle data residency requirements?

We comply with global and local data residency policies by ensuring your data is stored and processed in regional servers that match your location.


7. What security measures protect customer data?
