How to Enable and Use AI-Generated Profile Summaries?

Teamflect introduced an innovative feature that leverages artificial intelligence to generate detailed profile summaries for users. This tool provides managers and administrators with quick access to comprehensive overviews of roles, reviews, goals, feedback, and recognitions, empowering them to make better-informed decisions and provide more insightful evaluations.

How to Enable AI-Generated Profile Summaries

In the Admin Center:

To activate this feature, navigate to your Admin Center by visiting General Settings.

  1. Access Settings: Scroll to the "Enable AI-generated profile summaries" option.

  2. Set Visibility: Choose who can view these summaries—either both Admins & Managers or just Admins.

  3. Privacy Note: These summaries will not be visible to the users whose profiles are being summarized.

The AI-generated profile summaries will only be available for Admins, Managers, and dotted line managers.

Using AI-Generated Profile Summaries in the App

Locate and utilize the AI-generated summaries by following these simple steps:

1. Search for a User: Use the User Search function to find the individual you wish to review.

2. View Summary: On the user’s profile, you’ll find the AI-generated summary card at the top. Click "View full summary" for more details.

You can also hover over the visibility settings to view the full details.

  • First-time Summary: If no summary exists, a button to "Generate profile summary" will be available.

  • Update Summary: To update, click "Regenerate" using the latest data.

3. Summary Details: Includes Strengths, Development Areas, Goal Progress, Key Achievements, Recognitions, and Feedback Summary.

4. Data Availability: The summary will display empty sections if data is insufficient.
