The Notes section provides a centralized view of all 1-on-1 meeting notes and profile-based notes for team members. It allows managers and administrators to quickly review important observations, feedback, and action items without navigating through multiple screens.

From this screen, you can access a summarized view of each user’s notes, including the date created, type of note, author, and content. This snapshot helps you track employee development, reference past discussions, and support follow-up actions, while easily navigating to detailed notes when needed.

Note: Notes from meetings with more than two participants are not displayed in this section. Only 1-on-1 meeting notes and profile-added notes are shown.
