With Teamflect's Notes module, you can take notes related to your teammates, yourself, and the 1-on-1 meetings you have.
Step 1: Open the Notes Module
To create a new note, first open Teamflect and click the Notes section on the left-side menu.
Step 2: Click “New Note”
Then click the “New Note” button on the right side of the screen.
Step 3: Choose the Person
Write the name of the team member you want to take notes about, or click “This is a note about myself” to create a note for yourself.
Step 4: Write and Mark as Private (Optional)
Then, write your note in the shared note box. Finally, if you want your note to remain private, you can click the private check mark.
🔒 Private notes may be visible to your manager and Teamflect admins. Hover over the tooltip to double-check its visibility.
Step 5: Save the Note
Click Save Note. Your note will now appear in your list of notes within the module.
Alternative Ways to Access Notes About Your Direct Reports
Option 1: From a User’s Profile
People Managers can also view the notes on the user page of their direct reports.
To view notes, select the user on the Home page of Teamflect and click on it; or use the ''User Search'' function and type their name.
On the left, find the "See notes about {{User Name}}" section and click it.
Here you can see the notes you have taken about this person.
Option 2: From the Reviews Module
If you want, you can also access your notes in the review module. To do this, first, open the "Reviews" module from the left menu and open a review form.
Click on "See notes about..." on the right and view your notes about that person.
