If you are a Teamflect administrator, you can make every user's notes about another user visible to the manager of the user for whom the note has been taken.
Note: When this feature is activated, private notes are not visible to managers.
Step 1
To enable this feature, click on the "Admin Center" button in the left-side menu of Teamflect.
Step 2
Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Notes" tab.
Step 3
Here you can see the "Allow user's managers to access all user notes" button.
Step 4
If you turn this button on, when the managers in the company click on the notes related to a person, they will see a button on the left that says "include other people’s notes about {{user name}}." If you check this box, people managers can see the ''shared'' notes other people have taken about their direct reports.
