Who can view my notes?

Shared notes are visible to you, the subject, and admins. Marking as "private" limits visibility to you, your manager, and admins.

Understanding Note Privacy Settings in Teamflect

In Teamflect, notes can be saved as either private or shared, affecting who can view them. By default, notes are saved as shared unless the "private" checkbox is selected during creation.

If you do not click the "private" checkmark while taking your note, your note will be saved as a shared note.

Shared Notes

These are accessible by you, the individual the note pertains to, and Teamflect administrators. If allowed, the manager of the noted individual will also have access.

Private Notes

These are visible only to you, your manager, and Teamflect administrators.

For detailed insights, hover over the tooltip on the note-taking screen. This will provide specific information about who can view your notes based on their privacy setting.
