Where the Teamflect AI Agent Can Be Used
The Teamflect AI Agent can help you write goals, draft feedback, prepare for reviews, and find answers about your company's policies. Once enabled, users can access Teamflect AI through:

Plan Availability & Usage Limits
The Teamflect AI Agent is available across all plans, but usage capacity varies by plan:

Get Started with the Teamflect AI Agent
Teamflect AI Agent is available wherever you work â inside Teamflect, via the Teamflect Chatbot, and within Microsoft Copilot.
Once your admin enables access, youâll see:
1. Select Ask AI from the sidebar. Choose a suggested prompt or type your own request, review and refine the response.
2. The Teamflect Agent is available in Microsoft Copilot as a plugin or connected app.
You can chat with it, ask for help writing goals or feedback, or get insights from your own performance data, all in one place.
3. In Microsoft Teams, open the Teamflect Chatbot or the Chat tab within Teamflect and simply start typing your question or request.

Conversations you have with the AI Agent in Microsoft Teams also appear in your chat history inside the Teamflect app, so you can pick up where you left off or reference past answers from either place.

AI responses appear instantly: you can copy, refine, or use them directly in your workflow.

Click Ask AI from the sidebar.
Choose one of the suggested prompts or type your own.
Review and refine the AIâs response.

Using Teamflect AI Inside Microsoft Copilot
When you add the Teamflect Agent inside Copilot, you can:
Interact with your Teamflect data directly from Teams, Outlook, or other Microsoft 365 apps.
This integration brings your Teamflect insights directly into Copilot; no context-switching needed.
When Is the AI Agent Available?
Your admin controls whether the AI Agent is enabled and who can use it.
If the AI Agent is turned off: The Ask AI button is unavailable in Teamflect, and the AI Agent cannot be used through the Teamflect chatbot or Copilot.
If the AI Agent is on but you do not have access: You cannot use the AI Agent. Ask your Teamflect admin to check your access.
If the AI Agent is on and you have access: You can use it through the available Teamflect, Teams, and Copilot options.
Admins manage these settings in Admin Center â Teamflect AI â AI Agent. They can enable or disable the AI Agent and give access to everyone except guest users, selected users, or users who match specific conditions, such as department, location, or manager role.

Privacy and Data
The AI Agent uses approved internal documents and Teamflect information available to it.
Your admin controls which documents the AI Agent can access.
Existing permissions and access rules still apply when the AI Agent responds to questions.
