Once enabled, users can access Teamflect AI through:

The Teamflect AI Agent is available across all plans, but usage capacity varies by plan:

Meet Your New AI Teammate
Teamflect AI Agent is available wherever you work — inside Teamflect, via the Teamflect Chatbot, and within Microsoft Copilot.
Once your admin enables access, you’ll see:
1. An “Ask AI” button inside Teamflect (on the right-hand side of the app), and
2. The Teamflect Agent is available in Microsoft Copilot as a plugin or connected app.
You can chat with it, ask for help writing goals or feedback, or get insights from your own performance data, all in one place.
3. In Microsoft Teams, open the Teamflect Chatbot or the Chat tab within Teamflect and simply start typing your question or request.

AI responses appear instantly: you can copy, refine, or use them directly in your workflow.

Choose one of the suggested prompts or type your own.
Review and refine the AI’s response.

Using Teamflect AI Inside Microsoft Copilot
When you add the Teamflect Agent inside Copilot, you can:
Interact with your Teamflect data directly from Teams, Outlook, or other Microsoft 365 apps.
This integration brings your Teamflect insights directly into Copilot; no context-switching needed.
