Teamflect AI helps you create goals through a conversational experience. Simply describe what you want to achieve, and the chatbot will generate goal suggestions with measurable outcomes that you can review and customize before creating them.

How to Create a Goal Using Teamflect AI
Step 1: Open Teamflect AI
Navigate to the Goals module in Teamflect.
Click Ask AI on the right side of the screen to open the Teamflect AI chatbot.
Step 2: Start Creating a Goal
Select Create a goal for me from the suggested prompts.
Additional prompts may appear to help narrow down the goal you want to create:
Step 3: Review the Suggested Goals
Teamflect AI will generate goal suggestions based on your request. Each suggestion includes a goal title and description outlining the objective and its expected outcomes.
Review the suggested goals.
Choose the goal that best matches your objective.
Click Review & send on your preferred goal.
Step 4: Customize Your Goal
The New Goal form will open with the selected goal's details prefilled.
Review and update the following fields as needed:
Goal Title: Enter or edit the name of your goal.
Description: Review or modify the goal's details and expected outcomes.
Goal Type: Select the appropriate type, such as Individual, Self-development, Department, or Company.
Owner(s): Select the person or people responsible for the goal.
Progress Type: Choose how you want to measure progress, such as Reach or other available measurement options.
Metric, Initial, and Target: Define the measurement unit, starting value, and target value.
Start/End Date: Set the timeframe for your goal.
Parent Goal: Link your goal to a larger objective, if applicable.
Labels: Add relevant labels to categorize your goal.
Related Groups: Associate your goal with a relevant group, if applicable.
Visibility: Choose whether your goal should be Private or Public.
Step 5: Create Your Goal
Review all the goal details to ensure they are correct.
Click Create at the bottom of the form.
Your goal will be created and can be viewed and managed from the Goals module.
