Teamflect admins can now enable AI-generated goal suggestions within review templates. This feature streamlines the goal-setting process by providing tailored recommendations based on the review content, helping employees and managers create meaningful development plans more efficiently.
Once enabled, reviewers and reviewees will see a “Suggest AI-generated goals” button in the Development Plan section of their review, giving them instant, personalized recommendations.
Steps to Enable AI-Generated Development Goals
Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews Module
From the Admin Center, open the Reviews module.
Step 2: Create or Edit a Review Template
Click Create review templates or select an existing template to edit.
Step 3: Go to the Goal Creation Section
Locate and click on the Goal creation section of the template.
Step 5: Enable AI Recommendations
Toggle Enable AI-generated goals recommendations to activate the feature.
