Teamflect’s AI features can help employees write more thoughtful review responses and assist managers in evaluating performance. However, some organizations prefer to limit or disable this functionality to ensure review responses remain entirely authentic.

How to Restrict AI Usage in Reviews
Follow these steps to adjust AI permissions:
1. Visit the Admin Center
Log in at admin.teamflect.com, or click the Admin Center button located in the top-right corner of the app.
2. Navigate to the Reviews Module
From the left-hand navigation panel, select Modules → Reviews.
Inside the Reviews settings, locate the option that controls access to AI assistance for responses and evaluations.
3. Adjust Permissions
Configure who can make use of AI features in reviews (e.g., allow for employee (reviewee) only, allow for managers (reviewers), or allow both).
What Happens After Restricting AI Usage
Review participants will see only the options permitted by the setting.
Enhance with AI buttons will be hidden if the feature is disabled.
Admins retain full control to re-enable or disable AI assistance later if organizational needs change.
