Step 1: Navigate to the Reviews Module
Log in to your Teamflect account.
Locate and click on the "Reviews" module.
Step 2: Access the "Reviews About Me" Tab or "Reviews About My Team" Tab
Once inside the Reviews module, find the relevant tab.
Click on it to view all reviews that you have to take action for.

After composing your response, locate the "Enhance with AI" button.

Shorten or Lengthen: Adjust the length of your response according to your preference or requirements.

Step 5: Review Previous Versions
If you want to compare your enhanced response with the previous version, simply click the "Previous Response" button.
Step 6: Select and Use the Generated Text
After reviewing the options and selecting the desired enhancements, click "Use This Text" to apply the generated response to your review.
Step 7: Finalize and Submit
Review the enhanced response to ensure it meets your expectations.
Once satisfied, finalize your review by submitting the enhanced response.
