How It Works

When you upload documents:

  • They become part of the Teamflect AI knowledge base

  • The AI assistant uses them to generate contextual answers

  • Content is only used internally and scoped to your organization

Add Documents to the AI Knowledge Base

Step 1

Go to the Teamflect Admin Center (https://admin.teamflect.com/), then open Settings and select Teamflect AI.

Step 2

Make sure that the Teamflect AI Agent is enabled then click on Knowledge Base.

Click Upload Documents, then choose the file you want Teamflect AI to use as a reference.

Teamflect accepts standard file formats, and once uploaded, documents become available to the Teamflect AI assistant.
