Unblocking a User in Teamflect Based on Your License Management Model
Automatic License Management Model
Visit the Blocked Users section at Blocked Users.
Locate the user you wish to unblock.
Unblock the user by selecting the appropriate ''bin'' option next to their name.
Manual License Management Model
Go to the Active Users section in your admin center.
Add the user to your Allowed Users list.
Please confirm your action and then let the user know to log in to the app.
