When this feature is enabled, any user whose Microsoft 365 Office account is removed from Azure AD will be automatically deleted from Teamflect as well.
This means you no longer need to manually track or clean up inactive Teamflect licenses; Teamflect will stay aligned with your Microsoft 365 directory.
How to Enable Automatic Synchronization
Step 1 — Open the Admin Center
Click Admin Center in the upper-right corner of Teamflect.
Step 2 — Go to Active Users
In the left-hand menu, select Users → Active Users.
Step 3 — Turn on Directory Sync
Under the License Management Model section, locate the option:
“Automatically synchronize Microsoft 365 directory with Teamflect.”
Toggle the switch on to activate the feature.
Enabling or disabling this setting requires Admin Consent for Microsoft 365. If you need guidance on granting consent, refer to our help article on How to Provide Admin Consent.
Benefical Use Cases
Keep your user list aligned with Microsoft 365
When a user is deleted in Microsoft 365, they are automatically removed from Teamflect. This ensures your user list always reflects your current organization without additional action.
Eliminate manual user cleanup
With this feature enabled, there’s no need to manually remove users from Teamflect after they are deleted in Microsoft 365. This helps reduce administrative effort and prevents outdated users from remaining in the system.
Ensure consistency across systems
Automatic removal keeps Teamflect in sync with Microsoft 365 by reflecting user deletions in real time. This helps maintain consistency between your systems without extra maintenance.
