It can sometimes take 3-5 days for the AD to forward the data back to Teamflect; this is just part of how their system operates. However, if you need to expedite the update, you can push it manually. Here are a few workarounds below:

  1. Toggle the Synchronization Button

This method involves toggling a specific setting in the admin center to push an update.

- Go to your admin center and locate the ''Active Users'' under the Users section on the left menu.

- Look for the setting labeled 'Automatically synchronize Microsoft 365 directory information with Teamflect, including user updates and deletions.' Turn this setting off and then back on a few times.

2. Change the Data Source in ''User Attributes''

This method involves changing the data source for user attributes to force resynchronization.

- Navigate to 'User Attributes': Under the ''Users'' menu, locate the ''User Attributes'' section first.

- Edit the Unsynced Attribute: Find the attribute that's not synced from Microsoft and click ''Edit.''

- Change Data Source to 'Manual Input': Now, change the ''Data source'' from ''Synced from Microsoft 365'' to ''Manual input'' and ''Submit'' the changes.

- Revert Data Source to 'Sync from Microsoft 365': Now, click the ''Edit'' button again for the same attribute, and change the ''Data source'' back to ''Sync from Microsoft 365'' and ''Submit'' the changes.

- Verify Synchronization: To double-check if the data is now synced, please go back to the ''Active Users'' section and check the column of the related attribute to confirm if the data is now synced.
