With Teamflect’s automatic directory synchronization feature, your user data stays up to date effortlessly. When a user's details are updated in Microsoft Azure, Teamflect automatically reflects those changes without the need for manual syncing.
🔁 What Does This Feature Do?
Automatically updates user info (e.g., name, email, job title, department, location, employee hire date, birthday) when changed in Azure
Reduces manual admin work and ensures consistency between Microsoft 365 and Teamflect
⚙️ How to Enable Automatic Directory Synchronization
Step 1: Go to the Admin Center
Log in to your Teamflect account and open the Admin Center:

Step 2: Navigate to “Active Users”
From the left-hand menu, click on “Users”, then select “Active Users.”
Step 3: Enable the Synchronization Toggle
Find the “Automatically synchronize Microsoft 365 directory with Teamflect” option
It’s located just under the license management model section
Toggle the switch to enable the feature
Note: Enabling this feature requires admin consent. If you’re not a Microsoft Administrator, you’ll need to request access. You can read our article on how to give admin consent to learn more.
