Overview

Disabled accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) are hidden from Teamflect searches if admin consent has been granted.

Disabled accounts and users in your Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) are automatically excluded from the User Search feature in Teamflect.

This means you'll no longer see disabled users in:

  • Reviewee selection

  • Survey participant lists

  • Manual feedback recipient dropdowns

  • Anywhere else you search for users in the app

Why This Matters

This helps keep your Teamflect environment clean, relevant, and up to date, especially for organizations managing large user directories. By filtering out inactive or deactivated accounts, we reduce clutter and minimize errors during module setup and usage.

How to Enable This Feature

This functionality is available only if Teamflect has been granted "Admin Consent" in your Microsoft Azure Portal (Entra ID). Then, you can toggle it on in the Active Users section of your Admin Center.

πŸ‘‰ Learn how to grant admin consent to ensure this feature works as intended.

Benefits

  • Cleaner dropdown menus and search results

  • Reduced the risk of selecting deactivated users

  • Smoother admin and manager experience when assigning roles or sending items
