In Teamflect, you can now manually set up managers for users. This allows for greater flexibility and customization within your organization. Follow the steps below to set up managers manually:

Step 1: Access the Admin Center

Go to the "Active Users" tab. Here, you'll see a list of all active users in your organization.

Step 3: Choose a User to Change the Manager

  1. Scroll through the list of active users and select the user for whom you want to change the manager.

  2. Once you've selected the user, scroll the bar to the right to reveal additional user information.

Look for the manager information section for the selected user.

Click on the pen icon next to the manager's name or the pen icon next to the user information. This will open up the Manager Information panel.

Step 4: Set Manager Manually

  1. In the Manager Information panel, you'll see an option to "Use manager information from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)" or set the manager manually.

  2. Choose the option to set the manager manually.

  3. Enter the email address of the desired manager into the search bar provided.

  4. Once you've entered the email address, submit the change.

Step 5: Confirm Changes

  1. Review the changes to ensure the correct manager has been assigned.

  2. Once you're satisfied, confirm the changes.

By following these steps, you can manually set up managers for users in Teamflect. This feature gives you greater control over the organizational structure and allows for seamless management within your team.
